Blank fields in approval emails can be caused by either unmapped tags in customer email templates or non-unique column headers. Here are the recommended tips to avoid this:
When using custom template, make sure the available tags in the drop down menu are used.
- Clear out the custom template previously set, as shown:
- Create your custom template making sure you use the available tags from the dropdown menu, as shown:
- Click Update and Select once done.
Ensure all header columns are unique.
If using identical column headers add a prefix or suffix to make them unique (ex. 1. Date 2. Date 3. Date)
