Re-running a request manually assigns a new FWID and routes it to the workflow. In case the Not Processed counter (Reports tab of the Form Workflow Plus sidebar) does not update after clicking the Refresh button, check that the technical column FW - ID is not in Column A, as shown:
Form Workflow Plus ignores Column A as this is reserved for the request timestamp. For users working with array formulas, this also prevents the add-on from working through the range of the array when requests are manually processed.
To resolve, simply move the technical column FW - ID into a column other than Column A.
