1. On your Web App, choose Manage Workflows
or click on the following link: https://app.formworkflowplus.com/
2. Click on the checkbox beside the spreadsheet to be removed
3. Click on the bin, top right hand corner. This will remove the spreadsheet from the Web App and all related Requests. Your spreadsheet will still be accessible in your Drive.
The spreadsheet will reappear on the Web App, showing only new Form Workflow Plus requests, when a new Form is submitted for approval.
