If the sidebar does not update with "Waiting for approval" after refreshing the sidebar it is probably because you have removed the spreadsheet and related Request ID number from the Dashboard.
You will find the Request ID number in the hidden column on your spreadsheet.
Please search this Request ID number on your Web App:
If the Request ID number is not all your Web App it means it cannot be found in our database.
The solution is to re-run the the Workflow Request:
- Delete the FW ID number on your spreadsheet
- Refresh Form Workflow Plus side bar. You will then see 1 request "Not Processed"
- Click "Not Processed". This will create a new FW - ID number. A new Request for approval email will be sent to the reviewer. Your Web App will also be updated with this new Request
